  • Presentations on urban agriculture research being done in Chicago and how it applies to those growing food in the city
    • Chris Peterson on IES and higher education in urban agriculture
    • David Lowenstein on pollinators and biocontrol
    • John Taylor on urban plant varieties
    • Kellen Marshall on farmer knowledge and education survey
  • Tours and presentation on Loyola’s new sustainable agriculture program
  • Community Slideshow-Show off your garden or farm! Send 1-4 photos and a brief description to in**@au********.org by noon on Monday 11/10
  • Community Potluck-Please bring a dish to share, or if you don’t feel like cooking, purchase food at IES’ Engrained Cafe, who will be donating 10% of proceeds to AUA
